4 Deposit Policy

The following rules apply when depositing funds on bdk8:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable to each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The deposit must be sent from the Member's own registered mobile banking account.
• Sending funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Keep the reference number for every transaction.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawal requests may be rejected or placed under investigation on suspicion of fraud.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games and placing bets on bdk8:

• All bets are limited to the Member's account balance. There is no option to bet on credit.
• Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• bdk8 reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly processed due to a technical error.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software bug or technical issue will be considered void.
• Betting via automated bots or software is strictly prohibited.
• For sports betting, the data displayed in bdk8's system is final in respect of live scores and results.

8 VIP Program

The bdk8 VIP Program has four tiers, awarded based on a Member's activity and betting volume:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. bdk8 reserves the right to amend VIP terms at any time and Members will be notified of changes in a timely manner.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdk8 platform:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another Member's account.
• Hacking or launching cyberattacks against the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, intimidating, or behaving inappropriately towards other Members.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent of improperly exploiting the bonus system.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken.

11 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other elements of the bdk8 platform are protected by bdk8's intellectual property rights:

• Reproducing, distributing, or using any content from the platform for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.
• Third parties may not use bdk8's logo or brand name without permission.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the platform's software is strictly prohibited.
• Game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe) retain their own intellectual property rights.

14 Limitation of Liability

bdk8 is not liable for any loss arising from the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized use of a Member's account credentials.
• Any issues caused by third-party services.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.
• A Member's personal dissatisfaction with game outcomes or unmet expectations.

bdk8 is committed to providing a safe and reliable service at all times and actively provides support in resolving issues.

15 Right to Close Accounts

bdk8 may temporarily or permanently close a Member's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Registration using false or misleading information.
• By order of the legal authorities.
• An account may be closed at the member's own request.

Any valid balance will be returned before account closure; however, funds forfeited due to irregularities are non-refundable.

16 Dispute Resolution Process

If a complaint or dispute arises regarding any matter, please follow the process below:

• Include the transaction reference number, date, and a detailed description of the issue in your complaint.
• The bdk8 support team will review the complaint and attempt to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

17 Scope of Service & Severability

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, that clause alone will be severed. The remaining clauses of the terms and conditions will retain their full effect.

bdk8 may temporarily or permanently discontinue or modify any service at any time, though members will be notified within a reasonable timeframe.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of a discrepancy between a translation and the original Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail.
